Just like all berries they are very high in antioxidants and vitamins and help you fight colds, flus and many diseases, as Goji and other berries help boost your immune system. Why did we choose Goji berries? They are dried right off the bush and are very shelf stable, they are chewy unlike other berries when dried and have a very low glycemic index. But more, they are very high in vitamin A which helps with eye health.
